2nd Shift Machine Operator
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. This is a very low-risk environment with a focus on consistency, safety, and teamwork.Pay Rate: $21.05 per hourShift: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM (Second Shift) Key Responsibilities Operate assigned machines according to standard operating proceduresMonitor equipment performance and ensure consistent product qualityLoad materials and perform basic machine adjustments as neededInspect finished products to ensure they meet specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and company policiesReport any equipment issues or defects to supervisors promptlyWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Pay Details: $21.05 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
