Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Promotes Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a crewmember as outlined in the Crewmember job description.Trains newer or less experienced crewmembers in their tasks and responsibilities.Serves as the point person for any guest complaints, and takes responsibility for the unit in the absence of a Manager or Assistant Manager.
