Job Description:Generate leads and pursue new client opportunitiesDevelop strong Centers of Influence and network to develop new business opportunitiesComplete and review the large client survey to gather all pertinent informationDevelop and maintain active expiration lists through internal and external sourcesAchieve trusted advisor status with clientsConduct renewal strategy meetingsProvide input on renewal premium negotiationsRequirements:Proven record of servicing a book of business with at minimum $500K in revenueProducer license is MandatoryCIC, CPCU, AAI, or AIS designations preferredBachelor's degree in a relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experienceSales experience, preferably in Insurance; commercial property and casualty or related business-to-business sales experienceWillingness to continue education is essentialBenefits:Professional risk management adviceExceptional customer service
