As a Staff Software Engineer - SalesForce within the Member Access Platform organization (Sams AdTech) you will be responsible to build highly performant AdTech platforms that will support our future growth in the Ads Space. MAP business is growing rapidly, and you will get to be part of the journey that supports omni-channel Ad tactics for millions of Sam's Club members as well contribute to the operational efficiencies for our business team members.What you'll do:Design, develop, and implement high-quality and scalable software solutions using Salesforce platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business needsStay updated on new and emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve the customer experienceTroubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of any production issuesWrite and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processesMentor and provide technical guidance to junior team membersWork on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverablesContinuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experienceKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and Salesforce platformParticipate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the teamWhat you'll bring:Over 4 years of Salesforce experience in software development, ideally focusing on CRM enterprise systems spanning multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and MarketingDemonstrated ownership, accountability, self-discipline, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, alongside a strong team orientation and a penchant for design thinking, efficiency, and innovationProven track record of delivering impactful products across diverse subject domainsStrong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across stakeholdersOption 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7+ years' experience in software engineering or related areaOption 2: master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5+ years' experience in software engineering or related areaRequired Skills : Salesforce Lightning Experience,Salesforce
