Financial Technical Operations

We are looking for a Financial Technical Operations Analyst to help support operational finance, reporting, and budgeting at a growing organization. The role is onsite 5 days a week with travel to the DC area for one week per month.What You’ll DoServe as the primary finance partner to operations and business teams.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis across inventory and labor.Develop reporting by product line and profit center with variance analysis.Oversee physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requests.Prepare monthly P&L reporting and provide financial insights to leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Experience supporting operational finance, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong inventory, cost analysis, and variance analysis experience.Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
