What You'll Do
Operations & Team Leadership
Lead, supervise, and support a diverse team of operators, technicians, and staff
Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment
Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular inspections
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
Equipment & Facility Management
Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
Logistics & Workflow Optimization
Coordinate inbound/outbound material movement
Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays
Quality & Inventory Control
Monitor material processing quality and regulatory compliance
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking
Cost & Performance Management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Support profitability through smart resource management
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience in operations or industrial environments (recycling/waste management a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Knowledge of safety standards and industrial best practices
Familiarity with logistics, maintenance, and inventory systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Work Environment
This is a physically active, outdoor role in an industrial setting. You will:
Work in varying weather conditions
Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required)
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Occasionally work in confined spaces
