You will develop a unique go to market strategy for each individual retailer focusing on bespoke campaigns, product launches, online engagement and community events. You will be part of a team that delivers dynamic consumer engagement opportunities and drives conversion in world-class retail experiences both in-store and online. You will partner closely with internal teams including campaigns, creative content, digital, and sales to translate global initiatives into regionally relevant, account specific tactics.Your missionInitiate and lead an integrated go to market strategy for key retail partners that includes product launches, brand build campaigns, evergreen efforts, a robust digital marketing strategy and engaging community eventsDevelop and oversee day to day marketing activations for several key accountsActively participate in cross-functional key account strategic planning discussionsLeverage sales and marketing data to produce reports analyzing the success and learnings of campaignsEnsure the brand story is told in a consistent and engaging way across all retail touchpoints both digital and in-store Coordinate with trade marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure consistency of in-store product presentationManage large and complex marketing budgets across multiple accountsYour storyBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience preferred but not required to be consideredMinimum 3 years’ experience in retail brand, brand marketing or comparable fields preferredConfident knowledge of the large retailer wholesale environment, both digital and brick and mortar Strong shareout skills to communicate your vision, successes, and challenges to key stakeholdersStrong people skills, diplomacy and collaborative spiritAbility to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as neededWhat We OfferOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
