Line Cook

We are looking for experienced and passionate LINE COOKS (full and part time positions available) to join our BOH staff team. Here’s what you do …. Have an interest (passion preferred) for cooking and comfortable with customer special orders. Prepare food to recipe – no exception Know our menu and its ingredients in detail Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, each workstation and equipment. Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members Engage in teamwork Follows all sanitation and safety policies Performs other duties as assigned by management Report any safety/mechanical issues to management immediately Advises Management /Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues. Qualifications Enjoy working in a kitchen environment - 6 mos or more experience in a restaurant kitchen would be big plus. Excellent Culinary skills (knife cuts, etc.) required. Able to work and think in a fast-paced environment while producing a repetition of items per the approved recipe. Must be a team player. Bi-lingual is a major plus able to excel in high-pressure environments able to follow written and verbal instructions situation available to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays Must be 18 years old Benefits: 50% discount on food and clothing apparel Participation in Health Insurance Programs if employed 1 continuous year and average 25 Hours or more each week.
