Receptionist/ Administrative support

Role & Responsibilities: Representing self, executives and site professionally and efficiently Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature Assignments may be found in various functional areas. Support roles consist of work in a:clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field settingspecialized technical tasks or skilled craft workunskilled or semi-skilled operational tasksShow initiative and enthusiasm to identify and reolve issues, determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of modern workplace communication and collaboration systems (Teams, Zoom, etc) Provide guidance to less experienced employees as a working lead. General administrative tasks including receiving visitors, arranging functions and catering, typing, prepare reports and presentations, filing, taking minutes and follow up, executive email managementPreferredMinimum of 1 years of related experience.Has broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day to day situations.
