Automotive Sales Manager
Job description:
Dave Arbogast is one of Dayton’s largest dealership groups, and has an amazing opportunity to join our team. We are currently seeking a New Sales Manager with Ford Experience at our Dave Arbogast Ford location.
What we are looking for:
Ford Sales Management Experience
Strong closing & negotiating skills
Ability to coach/train sales staff
Outstanding customer service
Superior deal structuring ability (subprime experience is a plus)
Deep understanding of the used car market
Tech Savvy - Must be able to use effectively: DMS, CRM, Inventory Systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional work ethic and high integrity
Ability to work as a team and/or independently
Valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of car sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Oversee the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, optimizing stock control.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with customers and resolve any issues effectively.
