They are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team in their Sarasota office!Your new roleAs the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of payroll, maintenance of HRIS data, compliance reporting, and administration of employee benefit programs. This role partners closely with senior HR leadership and supports employees across the organization with payroll, benefits, reporting, and leave related matters.What you will need to succeed3 to 5 years of experience in payroll, HRIS, benefits, or a related analytical HR or finance roleHands on experience processing payroll and maintaining HRIS data accuracyAdvanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisExperience with HRIS and payroll systems, UKG preferredStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to manage confidential information, deadlines, and multiple prioritiesWhat you will get in returnYou will join a stable organization that values precision, accountability, and collaboration.
