Per Diem + Paid Flights + Accommodation2/1, 2/2 or 7/7 Rotations AvailableWhat You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be hands-on, working across a variety of mine sites and equipment, including:Maintain, diagnose, and repair high-voltage systems on heavy mobile equipmentTroubleshoot and respond to electrical breakdowns in the field and in-pitPerform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on OEM equipment (surface & underground)Service and repair electric haul trucks and support equipmentInstall, maintain, and repair transformers, switchgear, motors, and HV cablingConduct 24V and HV diagnostics, testing, and component replacementUse testing tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and earth testersRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuitsWork across major OEMs including Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc, Hitachi, KomatsuSupport operations by reducing downtime and keeping machines movingApply strong electrical safety standards (LOTO, arc flash, PPE)What We’re Looking For3+ years of high-voltage experience on mining equipment (UG or surface)Strong experience with Sandvik equipment (jumbos, bolters, trucks highly preferred)Ability to work FIFO across the U.S. on a 2/1, 2/2, or 7/7 rotationSolid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in high-pressure environmentsValid driver’s license with a clean recordAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment requirementsExperience with automation systems or autonomous mining equipment preferred Exposure to large-scale mining projects or commissioning work preferred MSHA Electrical Certification preferredWhat You’ll GetCompetitive pay plus per diem every day you are away from homeFlights, accommodation, and meals fully covered every rotationYour own service truck — no sharing, fully equippedFull benefits: 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insuranceReferral bonuses up to $3,000Consistent pay reviews and career progression opportunitiesWork across multiple mine sites and statesA team culture that actually delivers leadership from people who’ve worked in the field
