DescriptionAre you passionate about turning manufacturing and operations data into clear, actionable insights? We are seeking a BIE II to build analytics and reporting capabilities for our Robotic Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) team, equipping engineers and operations leaders with the data they need to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.The BIE II will own the development and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and analyses that provide visibility into manufacturing performance, quality, and capacity. This role partners with data and engineering teams to support data cataloging and data structure initiatives, and contributes to AI and machine learning projects by providing analytical support and tracking outcomes. The BIE II works closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver well-scoped BI solutions.Key job responsibilitiesBuild and maintain analytics dashboards and reports that provide actionable visibility into manufacturing performance, quality, and operational efficiencyDefine and track key performance indicators to support RMTO goals and continuous improvementBuild self-service reporting tools and automate manual analytics processes to improve stakeholder access to dataWork with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into specific, well-scoped BI deliverablesSupport data cataloging and data structure initiatives to improve data discoverability and accessibility across RMTO data assetsSupport AI and machine learning initiatives by preparing data, building performance tracking dashboards, and providing analytical frameworksInvestigate data anomalies and troubleshoot issues in reports and dashboards to maintain data quality and reliabilityWrite clear documentation of solutions to ensure ease of use and maintainability by othersParticipate in team design and prioritization discussions, contributing ideas and flagging risksAbout the teamAmazon Robotics is located in the greater Boston area, the epicenter of robotics innovation. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
