Job Role: Lead Software Engineer
Location: RemoteRoles & Responsibilities
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js, with the ability to develop and evaluate software solutions. Review code for quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Assess software architecture and recommend improvements. Create clear technical documentation and programming examples. Identify coding errors and suggest effective solutions. Explain technical concepts and provide structured feedback for AI training projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience in one or more relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of software design, coding standards, and architecture.
Experience reviewing complex codebases and preparing technical documentation.
Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
Experience working remotely with distributed teams is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
