Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shipping, printing, and retail inquiries Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Provide product demonstrations and upsell additional services or merchandise to enhance customer experience Manage inventory by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining organized displays Conduct product demos to educate customers about available services and items Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments Support supervising staff with daily store operations, including supervising team members when needed Assist with basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in a team environment Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Experience in merchandising, stocking, or grocery store environments can be beneficial Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and sales calculations This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy helping others.
