The Business Analyst supports strategic growth decisions by identifying trends, assessing opportunities, and building reporting frameworks that enable data‑driven growth across the EV charging business.You’ll Make a Difference ByConducting market research and competitive intelligence to assess industry trends, competitors, pricing, partnerships, and regulatory or political landscapesTranslating internal and external data into actionable insights that inform strategic priorities, market entry decisions, and resource allocationEstablishing and reporting frameworks to improve measurement and visibility optimizing targeting, spend, and messagingBuilding and maintaining dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign effectivenessSupporting CRM and pipeline analytics by analyzing lead quality, conversion trends, and pipeline health in Salesforce and related systemsSynthesizing complex or incomplete data into clear narratives and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholdersPartnering with strategy, marketing, product, and commercial teams to support planning, reviews, and executive presentationsBasic QualificationsYou’ll make a difference with these qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience with the following:Market research, market or business analytics, or data analysis in a business environmentAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiencesBuilding dashboards, reports, and performance metricsManaging multiple projects independently in fast‑paced or ambiguous environmentsDemonstrated ability to initiate, structure, and execute projects without step‑by‑step direction from leadershipLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsIndustry experience in EV charging, energy, automotive, sustainability, manufacturing, or related sectorsExperience using AI tools for research, analysis, or productivity supportExperience supporting strategy, marketing, product, or commercial teams in a B2B environmentFamiliarity with SQL, automation tools, or advanced analytics techniquesExperience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar toolsYou’ll Benefit FromSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
