Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engagement Manager located in Manhattan, NY. The Engagement Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with client objectives and expectations. Responsibilities include project and program management, client consulting, strategic planning, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes. The role requires working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insightsProven expertise in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and execute multiple initiatives effectivelyExceptional Communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and maintain client relationshipsConsulting experience with the ability to deliver tailored solutions and strategic guidanceProficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to address challenges proactivelyGraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred but not requiredExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing dynamic environmentsFamiliarity with AI technologies and applications is a strong plus
