For our client, we are seeking a Group Manager, Product (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $164,953 – $194,896 annuallyResponsibilities Lead product department in innovation and revenue growth Collaborate with leaders to maintain a comprehensive product roadmap Analyze industry trends and customer feedback for product decisions Identify growth opportunities through research and user experience studies Ensure clear documentation and communication of product initiatives Work with sales and marketing to define business cases and user journeys Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing product talentQualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 10+ years of revenue-generating product leadership experience, particularly in marketplaces 4+ years managing and developing leaders Experience with subscription, e-commerce, and advertising business models Proven experience in cross-functional alignment with engineering and business stakeholders Strong understanding of various product development methodologies (agile, waterfall)Benefits 100% employer-paid health premiums for employees Up to 80% coverage for dependent health premiums 401(k) plan with employer matching up to 3.5% Comprehensive supplemental benefits including student loan repayment and education savings Generous PTO and paid parental leaveOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
