Locum Tenens Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease Physician Opportunity in New Mexico Located near WILLARD, NM We have an immediate need for a Locum Tenens Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease Physician to join our team in New Mexico. Assignment Details: Specialties: Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; Rotating call coverage (7a-7p) Call Details: Minimal calls (average 5 for the call week); Calls for guidance from a hospitalist, not considered urgent Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient (Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required) Certification Requirements: Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease Facility Level: Trauma Level 4, PEDs Level 0 EMR System: Epic Qualifications: Active NM license and DEA Clean malpractice and background PALS, ACLS, BLS, ABLS Practice Details: Requires board certification Fellowship not required Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in NM Additional Details: This position will provide inpatient and outpatient coverage with rotating call coverage. The call does not require the provider to return to the hospital, as it is rarely considered urgent, but rather for guidance from a hospitalist. The amount of calls is minimal.
