Responsibilities:Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and electrical work Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative measures Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and share knowledge Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Participate in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols Requirements:1 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or a related field Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
