By delving deep into our clients’ needs, they offer strategic insights and harness Luckie’s collective expertise to craft impactful marketing solutions.We are looking for an Account Supervisor who will work closely with senior account leadership to shape account strategy and ensure exceptional quality of work. This role will focus on cultivating and expanding senior-level client relationships, overseeing strategic account planning, and identifying opportunities and challenges to drive the account’s growth and success.Here’s what you’ll do:Brand Stewardship: Maintain and advance brand and social/digital strategies while adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements.Client Engagement: Operate as the lead day-to-day account steward on the business, helping build the foundational approach and roadmap for all workstreams, balancing deliverables and timelines, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to prioritize and accomplish business needs. Lead and participate in client presentations and discussions, fostering trust, credibility, and referrals to organically expand our business.Strategic Insight: Gain a deep understanding of client business strategies and discover innovative ways to enhance and implement these strategies through exceptional customer experiences and cutting-edge technologies. This role is about more than keeping the work moving, it’s about knowing the client’s business inside and out and being an advisor to the client and a thoughtpartner for internal teams based on deep understanding of the category, white space for new opportunities/approaches, and where the brand and agency can win. Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams and partner agencies to develop annual plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as to efficiently execute strategies and programs that meet profitability goals.Media Planning and Buying Collaboration: Work closely with the media planning and buying team to ensure strategic alignment of the media plan with business objectives and collaborate on plan details including asset development, strategic creative rotation, trafficking etc.Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date and share insights on industry trends and innovations with the internal and client team and apply this knowledge to benefit clients.Client Integration: Demonstrate a full commitment to understanding clients’ businesses, competitive landscapes, and industries. Leverage critical thinking skills to help connect the dots across workstreams to drive strategic decisions and recommendations, even when counter to the original path forward, based in a deep understanding of the landscape and the client’s business. Analytical Support: Aid in implementing and interpreting analyses to reinforce strategies and programs.Alignment and Coordination: Ensure tactical alignment with goals and strategies in collaboration with partner agencies (advertising, media, data, etc.).Opportunity Identification: Spot and capitalize on opportunities revealed through client interactions, analyses, and trend recognition.Autonomous Management: Operate independently while keeping senior management informed.Teamwork and Culture: Engage proactively in team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment and culture.Project Management: Collaborate with project management counterparts to strategically handle complex digital projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery that exceeds client expectations.Profitability Oversight: Manage account profitability to meet or exceed margin targets.Revenue Forecasting: Develop and achieve precise quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.New Business Contributions: Support new business initiatives as needed.Marketing Contributions: Contribute to organizational marketing efforts, including blogs and social media.Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: 5-6 years of relevant food and/or CPG experience in integrated (digital and traditional) solutions, media strategies (social, influencer, digital, conference/trade, print, radio, TV, OOH, etc.), analytics, and consumer marketing – within a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.Budget Management: Experience in estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively.Collaboration: Experience working with strategy, media, social, creative, PR, and analytics partners.Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.Attention to Detail: Exceptional skills in time management, proofreading, and organization.Curiosity: A strong interest in technology, innovation, and data, particularly as it relates to application to the business and ways to generate efficiency and/or creativity for the client or the agency.At Luckie, we believe our best work happens together. Employees in this role are expected to work from the office three days per week. ON very rare occasions, we will consider specific positions for remote work on a case-by-case basis.
