You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and customer needs, providing training, troubleshooting, and valuable feedback to improve our software.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Success:Provide technical support to customers and ensure a seamless product experienceAddress customer inquiries and troubleshoot software-related issuesAssist in onboarding and training new users on product functionalitiesProduct Improvement & Insights:Analyzemarket trends and customer feedback to suggest product enhancementsWork with the engineering and product teams to improve workflows and featuresIdentify potential issues and proactively implement solutionsCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teamsAssist the sales team in technical presentations and demos for potential clientsCollaborate with the marketing team to create product-related content and documentationTraining & Documentation:Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teamsPrepare and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guidesRequired Skills & Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in software product support, customer success, or a technical roleStrong understanding of software development and product workflowsExperience using CRM tools and project management toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsStrong communication and presentation abilities for customer interactions and product trainingAbility to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks efficientlySelf-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the SaaS or telematics domain is a plusKnowledge of APIs, databases, and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial
