Assistant Manager Maintenance

RoleAs a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Equipment Maintenance Coordinator, Machinery Maintenance Manager), you'll supervise and coordinate the activities of crews responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. You'll also be involved in fabricating metal parts and tools, managing maintenance costs, ensuring high equipment availability, and upholding safety and environmental compliance. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.Requires 5+ years of related experience in mechanical/industrial maintenance with knowledge of safety, fabrication and welding, production, maintenance software, economics, equipment usage and staff utilization.Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Heavy Equipment Repair, and Equipment Troubleshooting.
