**Physical Therapist**+ **PRN Flexible scheduling**+ **401(k) With Matching**+ **Competitive pay****Job Summary**The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.**Essential Functions**+ Conducts thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans.+ Administers safe and effective therapy treatments, ensuring all interventions are appropriately documented.+ Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans within appropriate timeframes to align with patient progress and changing needs.+ Provides clear, concise, and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.+ Educates patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and post-treatment care to support long-term recovery.+ Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.+ Collaborates with referring physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.+ Demonstrates population-appropriate competencies for all relevant patient demographics, tailoring care to individual needs.+ Maintains compliance with facility policies, including safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.+ Adapts to changes professionally and effectively, following the chain of command to address and resolve issues impacting patient care.+ Performs other duties as assigned.+ Maintains regular and reliable attendance.+ Complies with all policies and standards.**Qualifications**+ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required+ 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**+ Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards.+ Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.+ Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology for documentation and billing.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.+ Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.+ Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards.**Licenses and Certifications**+ PT - Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required+ BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire requiredThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
