*Job Description:* Onboarding Debt Collection vendors Requires facilitating the discussions on debt placement criteria, capturing the new business rules for change order, developing the testing plans, drafting communication plans, and identifying other impacts such as website update requirements and customer service representative training. Setting up and hosting meetings with internal participants and external vendors.
