Our rooftop bar + lounge will be hosting a 6-8 week themed pop-up experience where we'll offer specialty cocktails and light bites for both in-house guests and the public.DutiesPrepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are metEngage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experienceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsMonitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policiesOwn both bartending and serving roles based upon real-time needsHandle cash transactions efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate cashiering and retail math calculations.RequirementsProven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service roleStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionallyKnowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling proceduresAbility to maintain quality service in a fast paced bar environmentAbility to work nights and weekendsBasic math proficiency for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasksExact dates and themes TBD.
