Low Voltage Technician – Project-Based (Appleton, MN)

Overview Make your next move a meaningful one — build with All Ether. We are hiring Low Voltage Technicians for an upcoming project in Appleton, Minnesota. This is a project-based role, not a full-time position, and work will begin once the project officially starts. As a Low Voltage Technician, you will support the installation of cabling and low-voltage systems, including Wi-Fi equipment, security cameras, access control, and telecom infrastructure. If you have hands-on technical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow direction and work safely, this is a great opportunity to join our team on a specialized project. What You’ll Do Install and Support: Assist with installing low-voltage systems, including Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, and telecom equipment Cable Installation: Pull, route, terminate, and label CAT5/CAT6 and fiber optic cabling Conduit Support: Work with conduit (EMT or PVC) as required by the project Troubleshooting: Assist with basic troubleshooting under the direction of the project lead Site Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a professional job site environment Team Collaboration: Work closely with leads and other technicians to complete tasks on schedule What We’re Looking For Experience in low-voltage, structured cabling, or telecom installation work Ability to pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling Conduit knowledge is a plus (not required at a lead level) Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction Ability to work well as part of a team on a fast-paced project Reliable transportation to the job site in Appleton, MN Ability to meet background requirements based on project needs Requirements Must be able to work on-site in Appleton, Minnesota Reliable transportation Legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check based on client requirements Willingness to work for the full project duration What We Offer Project-Based Work: Employment for the full duration of the project Great Experience: Opportunity to work on a large, high-profile installation All Tools Provided: We provide the tools needed for the project Strong Company Culture: Professional, supportive, and safety-driven team environment Join Our Team This is a great opportunity for technicians looking to gain experience, work steady hours during a project, and be part of a strong team.
