Payroll Automation Analyst

Job Title: Analyst, Accounting AutomationLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85281 (Hybrid – 60% onsite)Duration: 6–18 Months ContractJob Description:Heavily use SAP HEC / SAP Payroll application.3–5 years of Payroll, Finance, or Accounting experience.Strong experience in business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modeling.SAP Payroll experience is required.Experience with SAP projects, system implementation, regression testing, and/or UAT preferred.Gather and document business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and results.Support payroll system and downstream/General Ledger testing and implementation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.Assist with identifying and documenting internal controls for audit.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience/training.Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple priorities.
