Now Hiring: Mentor – Help Young Adults Build Brighter Futures Location: Meridian, Idaho Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience) Shift: Saturday, Sunday and Monday | 3:00 pm – 1:00 am At Mana Resources, we believe in second chances, resilience, and the power of consistent, caring support. About the Role As a Mentor, you’ll be a steady, encouraging presence for young adults learning how to navigate real-world responsibilities. You’ll support and guide them as they learn essential life skills, including: Finding and maintaining employment Securing housing and managing daily responsibilities Opening and managing a bank account Budgeting, grocery shopping, and meal planning Scheduling and attending important health appointments Engaging positively in the community Building healthy routines and caring for their mental health Your consistency, patience, and belief in their potential can truly change the trajectory of their lives. What You Bring to the Team High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
