Our litigation and general counsel team is expanding, and we are seeking a versatile and motivated attorney to join us in a multifaceted role spanning litigation, transactional, corporate, probate, and administrative law.Position Summary: The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment and handle a varied caseload including complex litigation, negotiating and drafting a range of business and transactional agreements, advising clients on governance and compliance matters, and handling regulatory and administrative proceedings.Key Responsibilities:Litigation· Represent clients in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation matters in state and federal courts.· Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.· Manage discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Transactional & Corporate Law· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.· Advise on entity formation, governance, and restructuring.· Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.Administrative Law· Represent clients in administrative hearings and before regulatory agencies.· Advise on licensing, regulatory compliance, and rulemaking procedures.· Interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and administrative codes.Qualifications· J.D. from an accredited law school.· Active license and in good standing with the Florida Bar or intent and ability to seek admission to the Florida Bar.· 2+ years of experience practicing in at least one of the above areas (with exposure to the others).· Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.· Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.To Apply:Please submit a resume and cover letter via e-mail admin@lawpensacola.com with the subject line "Attorney Application – [Your name]".
