Position Title Full Stack Cloud Engineer Job Location Chicago, IL, USA(Hybrid) Rate: $72-85   Must have Skills/Attributes AWS, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Full Stack, Python, Terraform, Typescript Must have 10+ yrs of experience on distributed architecture in AWS 5+ yrs of experience in Typescript 2+ yrs experience in an enterprise organization   Education:  • Bachelors Degree is required     Required Qualifications:  • 10+ years of experience working on distributed architecture in AWS or another cloud provider • 5+ years experience in typescript • Comfortable working in existing systems and integrating across systems such as between on premises services and the cloud • Experience with Terraform or another IaC language • Comfortable working in CI/CD pipelines and with infrastructure • 2+ years of experience in an enterprise organization   Preferred Qualifications:  • Experience working on financial applications • Experience working with data visualization applications • Snowflake database experience   Required Technical skills:  • Typescript • Python • Cloud architecture • Serverless computing • Relational database • ETL pipelines   Job Duties:  • We are looking for a skilled full stack cloud engineer to help us build and scale our Insurance Accounting System • In this role, your duties will require deep experience in AWS, serverless computing, Data ETL pipelines, and relational databases • You will be working on an application with a lean and autonomous development team • You should demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design • Outstanding engineers combine their IT expertise with in-depth financial business knowledge • Expectations of independence, working with Product and Ops • End to end ownership of the application (typescript/SQL) and infrastructure code (terraform) • Attending all design and product meetings and providing technical insight into implementation • Operating independently and autonomously using the task board in Azure DevOps • Navigating an enterprise organization that requires collaboration across many teams
