Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the CEO, the Finance Committee, Endowment Committee and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
Experience
7-10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
Experience managing a $10 million+ operating budget
Experience in multi-site or multi-location organizations
Proven success in financial planning and organizational growth

Essential Functions
Lead financial strategy and long-term planning
Ensure strong financial stewardship across all locations
Support capital projects and facility expansion
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Provide clear, actionable insight to leadership and the Board
Provide supervision and support to two direct reports, Accounts Payable, Controller
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Working with the COO, oversee development of the annual operating budget across all branches
Manage banking, financing, endowment and capital structures
Ensure compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
Support strategic planning and organizational growth
