RoleAs a Shop Floor Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. You'll manage and direct the activities of your team, maintain effective relationships, and promote a world-class safety culture.
