All equipment, tools, and resources are provided, ensuring each team member is fully enabled to operate at the highest standard.⸻Your ImpactIn this role, you will be entrusted with the safety, privacy, and seamless mobility of an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family. You will operate as both a protector and a security professional—anticipating risk, mitigating vulnerabilities, and ensuring a secure environment without disrupting the family’s lifestyle.Success in this position requires a refined presence, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to operate with discretion, adaptability, and sound judgment across a variety of environments.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesExecute secure transportation operations, including protective driving and route planningConduct advance work and site assessments for residences, travel destinations, and eventsPlan and execute domestic and international travel security operationsMaintain comprehensive contingency and evacuation plansProvide close protection coverage during:Daily movements and routinesDomestic and international travelPrivate and public engagementsPersonal appointmentsPerform continuous threat assessments and risk mitigation planningMaintain peak readiness through ongoing training and scenario-based preparationCoordinate discreetly with team members, vendors, and external partners as requiredMaintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform all protective duties and operational requirements⸻Required QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of executive protection experience, including government, military, or private sector assignmentsDemonstrated experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, executives, or public figuresStrong proficiency in protective operations, advance planning, and secure transportationProven ability to operate in high-trust, high-discretion environmentsExcellent judgment, communication skills, and professional presence⸻Preferred QualificationsAlignment with HR 218 (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act)Certification (or ability to obtain) as an Armed Security Officer (TSA or equivalent)Florida Class D and G Security Licenses (or ability to obtain)Established law enforcement and/or private security networkExperience managing vendors and overseeing contract personnelNREMT LicenseAdditional languages beyond English are a plusHighly preferred: Tier 1 or Tier 2 military operator with deployment experience⸻DisclaimerThis job posting is intended for informational purposes only.
