Team Overview We\'re seeking a highly skilled Saviynt Analyst/Sr. Security Engineer to join our team! In this role, you\'ll leverage your deep Saviynt knowledge to mature the newly introduced greenfield by expanding the systems under management, centralizing access governance to meet regulatory and risk success criteria, automate processes, and ensure optimal platform functionality. You\'ll collaborate with internal and vendor teams to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a successful and secure Saviynt environment design, implementation, testing, documenting, end user training.
What You\'ll Do: Provide thought leadership & support to the Saviynt product team; troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.
Design and implement end-to-end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.
Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
Participate in upgrade and release management activities.
Develop and maintain JML flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.
Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
Configure workflows in ARS and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.
Manage Saviynt configurations, including Rules Technical User updates, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.
Utilize Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Effectively document solutions and configurations for future reference.
What Experience You\'ll Need 5+ Years of IT Security experience; 5 years Saviynt (EIC) design and implementation experience.
Experienced with: IDAM, LCM, IGA, R/ABAC.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Saviynt development experience.
In-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications, etc.
Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.
Experience integrating applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
Solid understanding of ARS workflows and Saviynt analytics tools.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Saviynt issues and identify root causes.
Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes within Saviynt.
Experience with configuration management of Rules Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.
Experience using Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Programming Languages: Java / J2EE.
Scripting Languages: JML (JSON) (preferred).
Databases: MySQL.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
Primary Skills: Saviynt, Saviynt Security Manager.
Hands-on Saviynt configuration expertise with complex solution design, requirements gathering and validation in recent years.
Extensive design and deployment experience in complex IAM/IGA environments.
Knowledge of IAM best practices and frameworks.
Connector development: OOTB, SCIM, REST; workflow integration.
Independent starters, engaged leaders, versatile consultants who thrive on challenges.
Experience with Saviynt\'s SoD modules.
Knowledge of update and technical rule design best practices.
Working knowledge of CPAM.
Ability to manage IT and business stakeholders across multiple teams in a complex program.
Demonstrated ability to self-direct project outcomes with minimal supervision.
Ability to build consensus, influence, and negotiate with customers or leadership.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Partner with client stakeholders to plan, implement and support identity and access management processes, systems, and technologies.
Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly reporting to management/leadership.
Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, you may retain your home-based status if selected and accepted. Edward Jones intends to continue offering home-based roles, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates living closer than commutable distance are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tue-Thu.
