Retail Client Services ManagerThe Retail Client Services Manager is responsible for maintaining/improving conditions, communication between teams, and training support. RCSM's drive strong retail execution and serve as a key liaison between retail field teams, internal partners, and client stakeholders while ensuring compliance to retail standards, supporting strategic initiatives, and aligning execution, sales, and client priorities to deliver against business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive flawless retail execution by ensuring compliance across distribution, speed-to-shelf, pricing, planograms, displays, promotions, and point-of-sale placement.Identify non-compliance and resolve in-store execution issues; escalate unresolved barriers with clear, actionable insights.Shape, develop and execute sales, promotional, and category growth strategies using data-driven insights.End-to-end client engagement communicating execution status, audit results, and opportunities to clients, headquarters teams, and field leadership.Manage client account performance, budgets, and investment strategies to exceed business objectives for sustainable growth.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in retail management, client services, or related field.Strong leadership/coaching, team building, supervising, and working within a decentralized organizationSolid retail execution, project management, and prioritization skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Basic familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and client-specific applications.Associate degree required.Job Will Remain Open Until FilledResponsibilitiesThe Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. They will be an aid to the retail organization in regard to training to accomplish the client's objectives.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutionEnsure compliance in regard to distribution, new item speed to shelf, pricing objectives, planogram conditions, display performance against features and promotional activity and POS distributionWork to resolve any noncompliance issues at retail where possible and communicate properly the unsolvable issuesPerform ride-withs at all levels of the retail organizationTrackingAudit stores in assigned geography according to executable itemsTrack and score retail audits, shipment opportunities, and report all competitive activityTrainingAttend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations and assist in sales trainingCommunicationCommunicate the progress on the executables and tracking results listed and communicate all opportunities to the headquarter team/client.
