Business Intelligence Analyst

Essential Job Functions: Design (25%) Work with stakeholders to identify methods to acquire data and ingest into appropriate systems Design, implement, and maintain the companys data lake architecture. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility. Monitor and optimize the performance of the data lake to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information. PowerBI Development (45%) Develop, maintain, and enhance PowerBI reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards. Perform regular updates and maintenance of PowerBI reports to reflect changing business needs. Data Analysis (30%) Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create and present detailed reports to management and stakeholders. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to support business strategy and operations.
