Position Overview
Provides administrative systems support and document processing as directed. The Administrative Assistant will work the front desk and provide administrative support to clinic staff with varying degrees of independence as directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer satisfaction, and reporting skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Ensure high level of accuracy in all document processing, data entry, and reporting
Provide support to clinic by answering phones and working the front desk
Liaise between customer, patients, medical providers only as directed
Maintain all filing
Maintain customer relationships through regular communications.
Assist in analyzing and supporting administrative practices
Serve as a role model by acting and performing all task in a manner that exhibits professionalism and accountability.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and practices to achieve the overall objectives of this position
Assist with medical surveillance testing including urine drug screen collection and hearing conservation testing
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to promote a cooperative working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Processes and reports documents as directed
Supports administrative team performance and contributes in provide plan for improvements
Provide support to internal teams to achieve divisional performance targets.

Education
High School Diploma or GED - required
Some college classes - preferred
Licensures/Certification:
None
Experience
1 - 2 years administrative support in a fast-paced office environment managing multiple tasks as well as some project coordination experience is preferred
Knowledge of administrative processes and practices
Strong computer and internet skills
