A thriving and well-regarded Private Practice group in Southwest Connecticut seeks a Board Certified (or Board Eligible less than 2 years) General/Adult Psychiatrist for a rare opening in the organization. The need is for a Psychiatrist to treat the adult population with various disorders and illnesses in an outpatient environment. Those interested must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Connecticut Medical License and CSR, and be paneled (or eligible to be paneled) with the major insurance carriers. This is a permanent, independent-contractor position, and benefits like health insurance are not available.This group provides all back-office functions, including scheduling, billing, and collections, freeing the Psychiatrist to focus on practicing medicine!
