Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role will also involve creating positive candidate experiences and maintaining accurate recruitment records to support organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and candidate sourcingStrong skills in interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and employee onboardingProficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsFamiliarity with HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standardsExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsLeadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExperience working in the hospitality industry or with hospitality staffing is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
