Machine Operator

Job Role-: CNC Machinist Location: Walpole, MA Duration: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Walpole, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming CNC machines, with a strong knowledge of machining processes, precision measurements, and production quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as needed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams. Must-Have Experience Lathe machining experience. Milling machine experience. Ability to program CNC machines using M-Code and G-Code. Experience with machine setup and tooling adjustments. Strong understanding of machining tolerances and measurements. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
