We're at an inflection point where cutting-edge AI meets real clinical impact, giving clinicians hours back each day to focus on what matters most - their patients.Position Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help scale Knowtex’s go-to-market efforts across midmarket and enterprise healthcare customers. Today, Knowtex operates with a founder-led sales motion, and this role will work closely with founders and senior leadership to build pipeline through thoughtful outbound, inbound qualification, and early discovery.You’ll play a critical role in shaping first impressions with prospective customers, developing early market signals, and helping translate complex clinical workflows into meaningful conversations. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility, ownership, and opportunity to grow as the sales organization scales.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-upResearch and identify prospective healthcare organizations, clinical leaders, and decision-makersExecute personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedInQualify prospects by understanding their clinical workflows, documentation challenges, and decision processesBook meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to leadership partnersMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logging in our CRMCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to refine messaging and targetingShare feedback from prospects to help inform product positioning and GTM strategySupport experiments around outbound motion, messaging, and vertical targeting as we scaleRequired Qualifications0–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role (We welcome strong new graduates with relevant internships, projects, or demonstrated interest in sales or healthcare technology.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsComfort navigating complex or regulated industries (healthcare mid-market and enterprise preferred)Curious, coachable, and motivated by impact and learningHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving processesInterest in healthcare, AI, or enterprise technology Preferred QualificationsExperience selling into healthcare systems and providersFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platformsExperience working alongside founder-led or early sales teamsInterest in building processes, not just following themCompensation & BenefitsMeaningful equity compensationUnlimited PTOPremium health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planHybrid work model: 3 days/week in our San Francisco office
