Medical Device Production Operator

Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Operator to join their client's esteemed team in Redwood City, California. This temp-to-hire position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical device industry, with a focus on catheter manufacturing. The role involves precision work in a cleanroom setting, ensuring high-quality production standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and maintain equipment used in catheter manufacturing processes. Perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing of catheter products. Work within a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning and contamination control procedures. Use microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection tasks. Follow established SOPs along with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations. Accurately document production and quality records. Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets. QualificationsRequired: Direct experience in catheter manufacturing. Required: Background in the medical device industry. Experience working in cleanroom environments. Proficiency using microscopes for inspection or assembly. Strong manufacturing experience in regulated environments. Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain strict quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent required.
