Mortgage Loan Servicer IJob Category: Mortgage LendingRequisition Number: MORTG001484Posted: February 4, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteDoraville - Main Office Metro City Bank | Main Office - Headquarters 5114 Buford Highway Doraville, GA 30340, USAJob DetailsDescriptionTitle: Mortgage Loan ServicerDepartment: MortgageReports to: Mortgage Loan Servicing ManagerEssential Duties:Reviews loan documents and initiates funding for loan closingPerforms booking of all new loans and creates new loan filesMonitors escrow accounts and initiates timely follow-up with agents and/or tax collectorsMakes insurance premiums and real estate tax payments from escrow accountsPerforms annual escrow analysis and mails statement and surplus refund checksMonitors delinquent loans and prepares appropriate notices including demand letterMonitors and records withdrawn and declined loansProcess paid off loans by preparing all necessary documents for recordation of Satisfaction of Deed and overpayment refund checks if anyMails mortgage payment due notices and process paymentsScans loan documents including HUD, Note, Deed of Trust, Satisfaction of Deed, Title Policy, etc.Reviews and pays state required recording fees and vendor feesPrepares mortgage loan pipeline and board meeting reportsPerforms other mortgage servicing activities to include, but not be limited to, account research, payment adjustments and various loan maintenance needsPerforms all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirementsObtains adequate data for CIP on all wire and money instrument transactionsMonitors and reports suspicious activity to the BSA OfficerEducation/Additional Training or Certifications:Associates degree with Accounting Major or equivalent work experienceKnowledge/Experience:Software skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet, and EmailWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
