Posting Number S07038P Position Title Academic Project Manager Functional Title Department Management Salary Range $55,000, DOQ Pay Basis Monthly Position Status Regular full-time Location Richardson Position End Date (if temporary) Posting Open Date 05/14/2026 Posting Close Date Open Until Filled No Desired Start Date 06/08/2026 Job Summary The Academic Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the Accounting Area at the Jindal School of Management (JSOM), helping drive initiatives that enhance student success and program visibility. This role is responsible for coordinating program marketing efforts, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking progress toward strategic objectives. In addition, the Academic Project Manager oversees more advanced academic advising activities and leads the coordination of events, retention initiatives, and student outreach efforts. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to innovative projects that strengthen the academic experience and advance the mission of JSOM. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years working with students in a college or university setting. Preferred Education and Experience Preferred Education and Experience Candidates with a degree in accounting and/or CPA License preferred.
