About the Opportunity:The System Administrator II is responsible for delivering remote IT support, ensuring efficient resolution of various technical issues to uphold service quality. This role is crucial in maintaining system integrity and user productivity by managing troubleshooting, updates, and escalation processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of IT service delivery.3. Responsibilities:• Resolve workstation operating system issues.• Troubleshoot printer and standard business application problems.• Address line-of-business application issues, including common and niche applications with vendor support.• Manage advanced server and basic to intermediate networking issues.• Serve as an escalation point for technicians.• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.4. Requirements:• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.• Familiarity with Server versions from 2016 to 2025.• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V virtualization technologies.• Proficient in supporting M365 and Azure environments.• Minimum of five years in IT support or a related role.• Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, and network architecture.• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.• Experience with Managed Service Providers is desirable.• Preferred active server certifications.• Home office setup with specified computer, internet speed, audio, and video equipment.• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.• Ability to work full-time 40 hours weekly, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.• Ability to pass behavioral and cognitive assessments.• Preferably hold at least two certifications among CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.• NBI Clearance required for Philippine applicants.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay rate starts at $11.00 per hour and may vary based on experience and location.6.
