Wendy's Shift Supervisor $15-$20/hr

Wendy's is seeking Shift Supervisors to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure food quality, customer service, and team performance standards are met. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, bonus opportunities, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience. Shift Supervisors are responsible for leading the team during shifts, assisting crew members, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, handling customer complaints, managing cash handling procedures, completing shift reports, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the restaurant meets company service and cleanliness standards.
