The mental health industry is full of barriers, and weve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.Responsibilities Include:Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plansProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsMaintain clinical documentation in EHR systemMaintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (for full time status, 15 for PT)Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community eventsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH (e.g. LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT)Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hoursComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-paymentsWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
