Andaz Napa provides an immersive experience that celebrates the vibrant culture of Napa Valley and its renowned wine country.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Culinary Supervisor based in Napa, CA. The Culinary Supervisor will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety protocols, supervising and training kitchen staff, supporting the execution of menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for guests.
