You’ll be able to interface with customers at product demonstrations, trade shows and customer visits with the sales team.What you’ll be doing as a Regional Sales Manager for Middle East & Africa Identify and develop opportunities to grow regional market share; develop relationships with customers and distribution partners for long-term sales prospects and shape tenders aligned with the regional sales strategy Close new aircraft sales utilizing both FMS and DCS channels for Bell’s full product portfolio. Represent Bell products at all levels within government agencies and private individuals Develop the strategic marketing and sales activities of Bell’s entire commercial product line for assigned territory (Middle East) Partner with the Marketing & Sales organization to prepare formal and informal proposals requiring coordination with pricing, applications engineering, and marketing data. Maintain market intelligence information - identify shifting sales trends, political or financial changes and implement strategies to protect Bell business base. Partner with the Bell Helicopter Customer Service and Support organization to maximize sales opportunities within assigned region. Fiduciary responsibility for travel expenses, budget management, and corporate credit card use. Travel up to 40% of the time.Skills You Bring To This Role Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Business, Engineering, Aviation or similar field required 10+ years of experience in the Aviation Industry (technical, business, Marketing, Sales) required Demonstrated experience navigating the US Foreign Military Sales process required Proven ability to communicate effectively, with strong influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship‑building skills. Demonstrated success working within a complex, geographically distributed organization with multiple value streams. Demonstrated ability to effectively interface at all levels of the customer chain of command and within the broader Textron Enterprise. Proficiency in leveraging customer requirements and feedback to support the design of customized solutions. Pilot’s License is a plus. Fluency in Arabic and/ or French is preferred.
